How Should I Prepare for My Appointment?
Avoid blood-thinning medications or supplements like aspirin and ibuprofen a few days before your appointment to minimize bruising.
What Should I Do After My Treatment?
- Stay Upright
Avoid lying down for at least four hours post-treatment.
- Avoid Heat
Steer clear of saunas and other heat sources for at least four hours.
- Don’t Touch
Refrain from touching or massaging the treated areas for 24 hours.
- Skip Strenuous Exercise
Avoid intense workouts on the day of your treatment.
