Sculptra is an FDA-approved poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) injectable treatment designed to restore facial volume and improve skin texture by stimulating your body’s own collagen production. What Should I Expect?
- Immediate swelling for 24 hrs
- Bruising/swelling for up to 2 weeks
- Each treatment comes with a complementary Vita Medica aftercare kit to help the healing process
- No makeup for 24 hrs
How Long Do Results Last?
- Results can last up to two years
- Depending on the patient, multiple sessions could be needed in order to get full aesthetic results
- Treatments are spaced out every 4-6 weeks apart, collagen production begins at 6 months, and can last up to two years
- It is recommended that is treatment be repeated yearly in order to keep up with maintenance
